MADE WITH LOVE

Our packaging is made from recyclable card with a clear recyclable window, which is then sealed with a clear biodegradable sticker. Please remove the clear disc and window and check locally how this should be disposed of in your local area. The card is widely recycled. Designed in Scotland and made in China.

WOVEN LABELS

Our woven labels are made from polyester threads. Iron on a low heat and wash no higher than 30 degrees.

COTTON LABELS

Our cotton labels are made with 100% organic cotton. Iron on a low heat and wash no higher than 30 degrees.

LEATHER LABELS

We would advise washing at a 30 degree maximum and avoid tumble drying. 

Warning leather labels will bleed in the wash so do not use on white or light colour fabric. 

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 business days. We usually post twice per week.

UK SHIPPING

Postage within the UK is free on orders over £10.00* and £1.50 flat rate for orders less than this. All orders are sent by Royal Mail 48 and can be tracked. *This excludes orders for scissors where delivery is free over £20.50.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

To Europe, orders over £10.00 are charged a flat rate of £1.50 for orders under £10.00 the cost is £3.50. We also offer Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service for £9.50.

Rest of world, orders over £10.00 are charged a flat rate of £2.50 for orders under £10.00 the cost is £4.00. We also offer Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service for £9.50.

Both Europe and the rest of the world is posted international standard (9-10 working days). 

Reminder about Customs & Duties: please be aware that we do not cover import duties, fees and taxes outside of the UK. Please check your country’s fees prior to order as you will be liable to pay anything that is due.

We will accept a return or refund within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is unopened, unused and in the same condition as received. We do not accept returns on used items, sale items or downloaded PDF files.

Refunds will be issued via your original payment method and should be received with in 5 working days from receipt of the returned item. Please obtain proof of postage as an item may be lost in the post and therefore, we would be unable to provide a refund.

Please note that unless there is a fault with your item we are unable to refund any return postage costs.
