Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days, usually on Mondays and Fridays. As we’re a small business, our dispatch days may occasionally vary.
Once your order has been handed over to Royal Mail, delivery times are unfortunately outside our control.
If your order hasn’t arrived, please allow up to 28 days from the date of dispatch before getting in touch. If you have any other concerns about your delivery, please feel free to contact us.
UK SHIPPING
FREE UK shipping on orders over £20*
Orders under £20 are charged a flat rate of £2.50*.
*If your order contains any LRC Paper Patterns and/or LRC Label Stash Folders, shipping is £4.00 - whatever the total value of your order.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Tracking is only updated once your parcel has been delivered.
Royal Mail aim to deliver within 3–5 working days, although delivery times can vary, so please bear this in mind when ordering.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail International - this is an untracked service. We ship from the UK on Monday and Friday. Delivery timescale varies so please bear this in mind when ordering.
EUROPE
We are currently shipping to the Republic of Ireland only via our website.
Due to changes in EU import VAT, customs charges and packaging and recycling regulations, we have temporarily suspended direct website orders to all other EU countries while we review the additional compliance requirements.
If you're based elsewhere in the EU, you can still shop Little Rosy Cheeks through our Etsy shop.
IMPORTANT: For EU orders placed through Etsy, you MUST select the IOSS option. Orders without this option selected will be cancelled and refunded. This requirement applies to Etsy orders only, not orders placed through our website for delivery to Ireland.
EU Customs Charges
Please be aware that additional EU customs charges of €5 (€3 customs duty + €2 handling fee) may apply per customs tariff classification within your parcel (not per individual product). These charges are separate from import VAT.
Shipping to Ireland
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail International – this is an untracked service.

USA
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail International - this is an untracked service. We ship from the UK on Monday and Friday. Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel in around 10 to 15 working days. We find this timescale varies so please bear this in mind when ordering. Please allow up to 28 days for your order to be delivered from dispatch date.

As per US de minimis, tariffs on goods imported into the United States are taxes imposed by the U.S. government on imported products, calculated based on factors such as the product's Harmonized System (HS) code, country of origin, declared value, and shipping destination.
All applicable customs fees, duties and import charges will be collected at check out (excluding local US State taxes). This means that the price you pay at checkout is as transparent as possible.

Standard international shipping is £6.50*.

CUSTOM FEES, DUTIES & IMPORT CHARGES
Please be aware that customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or fees charged outside the UK (excluding the USA and the Republic of Ireland).
We recommend checking your country’s import charges before ordering, as any applicable fees will be payable by you.
