Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch orders within 5 business days. We usually post twice per week.
UK SHIPPING
Postage within the UK is free on orders over £15.00* and £2.00 flat rate for orders less than this. All orders are sent by Royal Mail 48 and can be tracked but only updated when delivered.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
To Europe, orders over £15.00 are charged a flat rate of £3.50 for orders under £15.00 the cost is £4.50. We also offer Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service for £9.50.
Rest of world, orders over £15.00 are charged a flat rate of £3.50 for orders under £15.00 the cost is £4.50. We also offer Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service for £9.50.
Both Europe and the rest of the world is posted international standard (9-10 working days), however shipping times are out of out hands so please allow up to 28 days for your order fo be delivered from dispatch date.
Reminder about Customs & Duties: please be aware that we do not cover import duties, fees and taxes outside of the UK. Please check your country’s fees prior to order as you will be liable to pay anything that is due.
A note for my European Union Customers
As of 1st July 2021 there will be a change of rules for VAT on EU orders. Your order will be sent as 'Delivery Duties Unpaid' which means you will have to pay import VAT (and potentially customs duty if applicable) and a handling fee. These charges are out with my control and will vary depending on your country. Unfortunately they may also cause delays to shipping times too. If you would like to pre-pay these charges please shop through my ETSY store here. I'm so sorry about Brexit. Living in Scotland I voted to remain in the EU. Thanks for your understanding.

Refund Policy
Physical products: We will accept a return or refund for physical items such as labels, folder and paper patterns within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is unopened, unused and in the same condition as received.
Please contact us prior to shipping back your order to make sure you are eligible for a refund. Email victoria@littlerosycheeks.com
Refunds will be issued via your original payment method and should be received within 5 working days from receipt of the returned item. Please obtain proof of postage as an item may be lost in the post and therefore, we would be unable to provide a refund.
Please note that unless there is a fault with your item we are unable to refund any return postage costs.
Digital products: We cannot issue refunds on digital goods like PDF patterns if they have been downloaded. If you have not downloaded your file and would like a refund, please contact us.
