Shipping Policy 

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 business days, usually on Mondays and Fridays. As we are a small business this is occasionally subject to change.

Get in touch if you are concerned about a delayed delivery and remember that once your order is in the safe hands of Royal Mail we have no influence over delivery times. Thank you. Please allow up to 28 days for your order to be delivered from dispatch date before getting in touch. 

 

UK SHIPPING

Postage within the UK is free on orders over £30.00, and £3.50 flat rate for orders less than £30.00. 

All orders are sent by Royal Mail 48 tracked - the tracking is only updated once delivered. Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel in around 2 to 3 working days. We find this timescale varies so please bear this in mind when ordering.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail International - this is an untracked service. We ship from the UK on Monday and Friday. Delivery timescale varies so please bear this in mind when ordering. 

 

EUROPE

Shipping to Europe, orders under £24.00 are charged a flat rate of £9.50. For orders over £24.00 the cost is £15.50.

We find this timescale varies so please bear this in mind when ordering. Please allow up to 28 days for your order to be delivered from dispatch date. 

 

USA

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail International - this is an untracked service. We ship from the UK on Monday and Friday. Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel in around 6 to 7 working days. We find this timescale varies so please bear this in mind when ordering. Please allow up to 28 days for your order to be delivered from dispatch date. 

Shipping rates shown at checkout are automatically calculated by Royal Mail, based on your location and the order’s weight and dimensions. This allows for the most accurate and fair charges per order.

As per US de minimis, tariffs on goods imported into the United States are taxes imposed by the U.S. government on imported products, calculated based on factors such as the product's Harmonized System (HS) code, country of origin, declared value, and shipping destination. 

All applicable customs fees, duties and import charges will be collected at check out (excluding local US State taxes). This means that the price you pay at checkout is as transparent as possible. 

 

REST OF WORLD (Includes Canada, Australia & New Zealand)

Orders under £24.00, shipped as a large letter, are charged a flat rate of £16.50.

Orders over £24.00, shipped as a small parcel, the cost is £30.00.
