Tariff information and US de minimis requirements
As of 29th August 2025 the US de minimis requirements have changed. Tariffs on goods imported into the United States are taxes imposed by the U.S. government on imported products, calculated based on factors such as the product's Harmonized System (HS) code, country of origin, declared value, and shipping destination.
We have updated our website so that tariffs are calculated by Shopify and collected at checkout. This helps provide transparency and avoids unexpected charges upon delivery.
This is not a great situation, but as I am sure you aware, totally out of our hands. We understand this is ramping up the costs of our products so we thank you very much for your support 💕
Shipping to the US
Rates shown at checkout are calculated by Royal Mail, based on your address and the order’s weight and dimensions.

Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch orders within 5 business days, usually on Mondays and Fridays. As we are a small business this is occasionally subject to change.
UK SHIPPING
Postage within the UK is free on orders over £20.00 and £2.00 flat rate for orders less than this. All orders are sent by Royal Mail 48 and can be tracked but only updated when delivered.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
To Europe, orders over £20.00 are charged a flat rate of £3.50 for orders under £20.00 the cost is £4.00. We also offer Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service for £10.00.
Rest of world (excluding USA: see above), orders over £20.00 are charged a flat rate of £4.50 for orders under £20.00 the cost is £5.50. We also offer Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service for £12.50.
Both Europe and the rest of the world is posted international standard (9-10 working days), however shipping times are out of out hands so please allow up to 28 days for your order to be delivered from dispatch date.
Reminder about Customs & Duties: please be aware that we do not cover import duties, fees and taxes outside of the UK. Please check your country’s fees prior to order as you will be liable to pay anything that is due.
Get in touch if you are concerned about a delayed delivery and remember that once your order is in the safe hands of Royal Mail we have no influence over delivery times. Thank you.
Refund Policy
Physical products: We will accept a return or refund for physical items such as labels, folder and paper patterns within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is unopened, unused and in the same condition as received.
Please contact us prior to shipping back your order to make sure you are eligible for a refund. Email victoria@littlerosycheeks.com
Refunds will be issued via your original payment method and should be received within 5 working days from receipt of the returned item. Please obtain proof of postage as an item may be lost in the post and therefore, we would be unable to provide a refund.
Please note that unless there is a fault with your item we are unable to refund any return postage costs.
Digital products: We cannot issue refunds on digital goods like PDF patterns if they have been downloaded. If you have not downloaded your file and would like a refund, please contact us.
