Today is a very special day here at Little Rosy Cheeks — not only am I launching brand new sewing labels, but I’m also celebrating my 44th birthday 🎂
Two of these label packs were originally designed to launch for the 6th birthday of the business on 29th November last year. But as anyone who runs a small creative business knows, the run-up to Christmas is hectic. Between orders, packing, and festive chaos, I made the decision to hold these designs back and wait for the right moment.
And it turns out, that moment is today.
These new labels are redesigns of some of my most-loved classics. Including; I Made This – I Can Do Anything, Handmade – Imagine What Else I Can Do and For Me Collection.
Both designs sit right at the heart of what Little Rosy Cheeks is all about. Celebration. Celebrating creativity. Celebrating the confidence that grows every time you make something with your own hands. That quiet (or not so quiet!) feeling of pride when you step back and think, I made this.
I absolutely love designing new labels for a fresh season of sewing. Even though the weather here in Scotland is currently very grey and very gloomy, these labels are doing their job — they’re colourful, joyful, and bringing a little burst of sunshine straight to my sewing room ☀️
Launching them today feels extra meaningful. Another year older, another year of creating, designing, and cheering on handmade joy wherever I can. If these labels make you smile, give you a confidence boost, or add a little celebration to your makes, then they’ve done exactly what they were designed to do.
